Clean & Cure S-One is an all-in-one machine: parts are washed in an ultrasound bath, dried and then post-polymerised using high-power UV LED and heating under vacuum or neutral gas, without any human intervention.

Thanks to its removable basket, the Clean & Cure S-One can be used with any 3D printer. Use with a print tray is reserved for the Horus S-One.

Post-treatment of 3D prints using the Clean & Cure S-One begins with a two steps ultrasonic wash to thoroughly clean the parts, removing uncured resins and impurities. Ultrasound is used to clean small cavities. A sensor monitors the saturation of the cleaning liquid and alerts the user when a replacement is required, ensuring maximum efficiency of the cleaning process.

Drying parts is crucial before polymerisation, a function performed by the Clean & Cure S-One thanks to its drying system that combines heat and ventilation for efficient and uniform evaporation. The heat promotes rapid evaporation of any remaining liquid, while the ventilation system removes alcohol vapours. A vapour recycling system allows vapours to be recondensed directly back into the bottle, preventing odours.

The final step of post-treatment with Clean & Cure S-One is polymerisation, which makes effective use of UV and heat to harden the resin. This crucial step can be carried out under vacuum or neutral gas, which increases the degree of polymerisation and improves the mechanical properties of the final object. UV ensures uniform and complete polymerisation, while heat actively accelerates the curing process.
